Focus and Scope
Journal of Corporate Governance Research (JCGR) is a peer reviewed international journal publishing high quality, original manuscripts that analyse topics and issues related to corporate governance. The topics addressed in the journal include, but not limited to: Board composition and practices; Board diversity; Business administration; Control and regulation; Corporate ethics; Corporate social responsibility; Disclosure and transparency; Independent directors; Leadership; Not-for–Profit governance; Regulation and practices; Risk management; Role of boards and other stakeholders; Shareholder activism; SME governance; Sustainability.

Peer Review Process
The journal uses double-blind system for peer-review; both reviewers and authors' identities remain anonymous. The paper will be peer-reviewed by three experts; two reviewers from outside and one editor from the journal typically involve in reviewing a submission. The review process may take four to ten weeks.

Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
