Dr. Abhishek Cukkemane is the managing director of research at Bijasu Agri Research Laboratory LLP, Pune, India www.bijasu.org . His focus is on agri-biotech, where they are analyzing and reinventing traditional methods
of farming for modern farmers.
Dr. Abhishek Cukkemane received his PhD in 2007 from Research center Juelich, Germany. He continued with his research career as a post-doctoral fellow till 2014 at
prestigious institutes like Research center Juelich, Research center Caesar, (Bonn, Germany), Biozentrum Basel
(Switzerland- visiting scientist) and Utrecht University (Utrecht, Netherlands). He is well acquainted with a variety of modern analytical techniques for measurement of various samples. Currently, he is also an Assistant Professor at T.C.College, Baramati and a visiting faculty at the Savitribai Phule Pune University and other academic colleges in Pune, India.
