Once, because I want to change my skinny Muscletronic Review body into rock-solid muscle I trained like crazy. I spent hours in the gym 6 days a week training my muscles. To my surprise all of those long training hours and sets that I have done did not bring me any results. So, I asked around what is going on? Eventually I found out that I have been over-training and I should give my body a time off. There are a few sign whether you are over-training or not: If you feel easily irritated, this could means you have been over-training. If your training today have no improvements compared to the last training. For example: The last workout you can do pull-ups for 8 times and now you only can do it for 6 times. If you find yourself having difficulty sleeping, this is also one of the signs of over-training. So what can you do to prevent yourself from over-training? Feel your own body, is it fully recovers or not. This is depends on how in-tune you are with your body. If you started your workout and you feel that your body is not fully recovered yes, then you must stop the training.
