Strengthening Your Eyes A common problem Vision 20/20 Protocol Review in modern society is that of a so-called "weak eyesight". The terminology is actually referring to the muscles that work the eye. Due to a number of factors, they are often weak and this is the number one cause of eye problems. There are many exercises that you can do to strengthen they eyes - these exercises were originally developed by William Bates over 80 years ago. Mr.Bates spent a lifetime researching eye conditions and teaching patients that natural ways in which they can cure their eye problems. Thanks to his work, there are now a number of models with which people with eye conditions can naturally heal their eyes. These eye strengthening exercises typically involve a series of relaxation and focusing techniques that teach you to use your eyes the way that they are supposed to be moved. Did you know that when you focus on something too heavily you can actually damage your eyesight. It's true - if you try and focus on a word on this page, and then look at just one letter in that word, and then really concentrate hard on looking at it, you'll find that the word actually becomes fuzzy. At this point, your eyes are struggling with the focus and are being put under unnecessary strain. Do this on a recurring basis and you'll find yourself with some eye problems. To strengthen your eyes you should perform a series of exercises based on Bate's principles for 2-4 minutes per day over the period of a couple of weeks. After this timeframe, you can monitor your vision, assess whether it's making any improvement or not and adjust accordingly. What's great is that there are many different eyesight exercises for each condition. For example, if you suffered from long sightedness, you would do different exercises than someone who couldn't see clearly at night. Take my word for it that natural vision correction is one of the best things you can do for your eyes. When the consequences of alternatives such as man made lenses or laser surgery are considered then you'll really begin to understand why everybody should at least invest some time into trying to heal their eyes naturally before seeking the advice of an optician.
