Change just these three and losing weight will suddenly become a whole lot easier. Try it and see! Changing the way I think, act and respond to life made a drastic change in me. I lost 15 pounds in less than 15 days. By thinking of exercise as play and using playing as a daily sport or activity, I began to lose weight. Changing my eating habits to include foods that would automatically cause my body to eliminate was instrumental in this amazing weight reduction and removing stress factors I had control of from my life was another method of weight loss. My weight, life and health were out of control. I could feel myself dwindling daily. Life is about living and not about a slow death. I realized the stress of my customer service management position was causing me to lose control of my body, both physically and mentally. I decided to eliminate the controllable stress factors in my life.
