The Favorite Food Diet

by Jerome Princy (2019-10-29)

After following the steps The Favorite Foods Diet Review of a graduated diet I now know that this is the best thing that I have ever done. It is like someone saying you have had enough and the thing is even as you are learning to live with your band mentally you are wanting to eat more but physically you can't. I have been to a restaurant and thought I would get by with a starter followed by an entree' this was a mistake as I started the entree' I had to leave the table and was sick, I had ignored my body's signal that I had eaten too much and I was paying the price. You will find that happens quite a few times in the early days but then you get smarter and remember the information that was given to you about the band. The first fill I was dreading but when I went in and had it done I really worried for nothing as it was over and done with in 2 minutes, and all you feel is a little pressure where the needle enters and nothing...too easy. It is really all trial and error on when to get more fill and if you actually need any at all. For me it was the best thing that I have ever done and should have done it years ago as now I am living and enjoying life rather than just existing. But also I want you to know don't cheat or you won't get the results that you're after! Many people around the world are searching for quick diets that work. The fact is that they don't exist. You need to have patience, discipline and of course a little bit of willpower in order to achieve your weight loss goal. Once you change your habits and get on track with a healthy lifestyle, you will find that the weight starts to drop off, and you will keep it off for life. Weight loss can be easy if you are smart about it. So many people out there are looking for crash diets that work. The fact is that they don't work. You will lose weight in the short term. However it will most likely come back with a vengeance. When you limit your calories dramatically, you will lose weight, however you will also drop your metabolism and your tolerance to food. This means that once you start to eat normal again, you will find that you put the weight back on very quickly, store it as fat, and add a lot more on as well. It is not a safe way to diet and it certainly does not have long-term benefits. Avoid crash diets, because you will only end up worse in the long run, you will lose muscle mass and end up with more fat mass, exactly what you do not want. The fact is that nutrition is the most important part of dieting. You can ruin all your good work in other areas by having bad nutrition. You need to make sure that you cut all the obviously bad things out first. Like sugar candy, soft drinks and deep fried food. Once you have done that you can start to follow some other very simple rules.
