Focus and Scope
International Journal of Social Work (IJSW) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal. The journal is striving to provide the best platform for the publication of refereed original articles, reviews, reports, commentaries and debate covers every aspect of social work with theory, practice, counselling, social care planning, education, management and policy.
The journal focuses on the Clinical Therapy, Management Supervision and Research in the field of Social Work. Including but not limited to:

Peer Review Process
The journal uses double-blind system for peer-review; both reviewers and authors' identities remain anonymous. The paper will be peer-reviewed by three experts; two reviewers from outside and one editor from the journal typically involve in reviewing a submission. The review process may take 4-10 weeks.

2021 Semiannual, published in June and December
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
