Effective January 1, 2026, the open access fee will increase from 100.00 USD to 200.00 USD. Manuscripts submitted on or after this date will be charged the new rate of 200.00USD per article. Manuscripts submitted before December 31, 2025 can take advantage of the old rate of 100.00 USD if paid on or before January 31, 2026.
